Everything went well. The only negative thing I could say is that they required payment for a minimum of 2 hours for a 20-minute job. However, they told me this upfront and I agreed to it. Other movers I called had a similar policy.

On very short notice, I was in need of an extra person or two to lift one large, heavy piece of furniture from a moving truck with no lift gate, down, and into storage. I had a response within minutes and he arranged competent help. They drove an hour to meet us. This was beyond accommodating. Thank you.

I had a sudden need for help moving furniture out of a house in another state. SwiftLift responded to my early morning request almost immediately after I sent it, and was able to schedule two employees to meet me at the house and take care of everything.
