- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for. It's the High-End tier that results in reliable professionalism. Prism Events isn't a cheesy DJ company, so we don't default to the "hokey pokey". - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
(1) Once we have the basic details, we schedule a video call to go over your event plans and vision. (2) If you decide to move forward, your 50% deposit secures your date. (3) Once you're part of the family, we send you a form to use for your music requests. (4) Closer to the event day, we schedule a call to go over your detailed order of events to allow for a smooth Emcee and DJ experience.
