- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Foundation issues should be addressed as soon as signs appear, such as cracks, uneven floors, or sticking doors. Early repairs prevent damage from spreading and often cost less than waiting until the problem becomes severe.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Trusted Foundation Solutions we are happy to come to your property and assess the issues you are having. Many of our competitors only address why they were called to the property. We provide a Complete Home Solution as there is always a root cause of why the issues occurred. Additionally, there is usually evidence of the same issues starting in other areas of the property. If the root cause is not addressed the client will continue to have problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Trusted Foundation Solutions we have resources that explain or show in detail a customer's issues on all of our services. We will ask questions and provide material to help the customer navigate their issues as this can overwhelming.
