Right from the start, I could tell that Genesis was different from the other contractors that gave me estimates. I needed a bigger AC unit and crawlspace ductwork. Rob was the only contractor that measured the return air duct to be sure it was properly sized for the bigger AC unit. He was also the only contractor that went into the crawlspace to check ductwork. He was very concerned about having a properly designed system, instead of simply replacing the systems. The new Bosch system has made my house much more comfortable.

The service tech Rob was punctual and very informative. Did everything he said he would and wen the extra mile by answering any and all questions and demonstrating how the system works. He also showed us ways to improve functionality inside the home. One of the most pleasant encounters I have experienced in a long time. 100% will be calling them in the future for all our HVAC needs.
