Didn't return calls, totally unprofessional!!! I won't recommend Thumbtack, because I thought your company screened your professionals.

I returned your call as soon as I could but I was not able to that morning and knew I wouldn't be which is why I planned ahead and sent my employee which is standard practice. You sir are unprofessional for neglecting to tell me necessary details about the scope of work and most importantly waiting until minutes before we were scheduled to arrive to inform me that you wouldn't be there and there was a lockbox with a code. Still I only charged half price then I see this rediculous review. I only waited to respond till now because I was promised if I signed off for inspection it would be removed which I did but obviously the review stayed. I think it's clear that you sir hold others to a much higher standard than you do yourself
