- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on distance traveled and length of booking. Longer events or events close to Upland get discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you see my art and send me a message we can talk about your date and the plans for your event. In order to reserve your date an approved agreement and booking fee needs to be received. The booking fee is applied to your event, but is not refundable if the event is canceled within 3 days of the scheduled date.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have decorated people from 2-85 years old. Pregnant bellies. Special needs folks. Hippies. Church people... You name it and I have probably served them some fun.
