I had my driveway done Spring ‘25. The contract included repairs/improvements to the driveway within 30 days (this was done). The contract also included a sealer to be done the following year (2026). It definitely needs to be done since there’s a good amount of erosion on the edges in one year. I’ve left several messages and one response 5 months ago (will do - contact me).
Sam’s communication was great initially, but his follow through is terrible.

This driveway has more erosion than my previous one did in ten years
