Finding reliable, skilled help can be tough, but working with him was hands-down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. We couldn’t find anyone else willing or able to fix our hottub, but he stepped up without hesitation, making multiple trips to our home until the job was done right.

I have used Jordan for three years to open and close my pool every year and I recommend him to everyone. He’s amazing. He’s very kind. He’s very punctual. He does great work and if I ever have a problem, he comes right out the second year at my house, my liner got a hole in it in my entire pool drained out and it was at the beginning of the summer and Jordan came out and I was crying and he completely calmed my fears. He got the liner. He got a crew to come and put it in and within three days. I was filling my pool up again he’s such a good guy and he does great work. I wish there were 10 stars.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of everything is going up. So if they keep raising prices on the chemicals and gas and everything in between them, I wouldn’t be surprised to see prices in the general area elevating as well. I’ve been able to maintain a consistent price over the last three years or so, but would not be surprised if everybody’s forced into raising them this year or next.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The biggest thing is a proper introduction. After that, the best thing you can do is just listen and alleviate any worries or concerns about the project at hand. After that it’s assess and evaluate whether or not with the homeowner has told me is the only issue and give them options as far as possible ways of fixing the problem. A lot of times people don’t know what they need so it’s super important to show people step-by-step what you’re doing and how it’s being fixed and then what they can do to prevent any further issues.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
By accident lol. I was doing concrete overlays and my boss asked me if I wanted to help her ex-husband. Do some pool work and the rest is all downhill from there.
