FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to be very reasonable on pricing, we try to focus more on quality and satisfaction. However we need to make a living and there are expenses in self employment that most people do not think about, but we still try to beat our competitors. At least the competitors that I consider professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a call or text message I reply promptly. First thing we have to figure out is what exactly the customer is wanting. Then I like to schedule a time to stop by and look at the area or lawn that is getting work done which I do not charge for. After that, I write up an estimate or quote depending or what kind of job it is. If the customer wishes to move forward we set up a time and day to begin or to be put on the mowing schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in lawn care and construction companies my entire adult life. I was a crew leader for 5 years of the 20 I was employed with a different company. I've been running my own business now for over 5 years.
