Kept to timetable and budget. Left religious messages at worksite. Removed wood trim prior to installing and repairing floor, but left them a mess for me to sort out afterwards. Polyurethane formed bubbles in one area and, rather than repair it, texted me instructions on how to fix it. I did my best, but that area looks bad now.

I found the people with NCP to be professional and knowledgable. I received a detailed bid and contract from Ben and we followed that bid and contract to completion of the project. These people know their paint products and how to apply them. They did extensive prep work prior to painting and that prep work paid off on the finished product. My husband and I are very happy with that product. Our house looks great. I have asked NCP to return for some additional work.

Our Standard rate is $50 per hour for most painting projects. Some larger projects may be priced by square foot or linear foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On site free estimate. Full detailed scope of work and time frame for completing. Full explanation of the materials needed and the reasons for using such materials.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
21 years experience. Certified Sherwin Williams applicator. Certified Hardwood floor installer and finisher.
