RHouse Property Management was very responsive to my initial inquiry on the site and every subsequent phone call and email. Every question I had was answered and they made me feel very comfortable. I just signed a contract with them and look forward to a great business relationship.

RHouse Property Management manages my multi family and commercial property. Since I left my old property management, and chose this one, the differences have been night and day. The commercial tenants are happy, the customer area and landscaping are much more appealing. Rhouse Property Management did an excellent job marketing my multifamily, and making my cash flow for this property, 1/3 higher than I imagined. Her team understands my investment plan, and i'm very satisfied.

Our services are minimum $100 per unit or 12%, whichever is greater
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions, we want to demo to you the way that we communicate, and the professional manner in which we would be handling your property. You would not worry about any upfront costs, our payment is derived from signing a new leasee, rent collection, and maintenance. We can work with any of our customers remotely.
