We charge by the hour which is $100 FIRM. We do not usually charge by the project, unless it’s bigger project $10,000+ worth of work we could talk about it.
ESTIMATE VISIT: We could arrange estimate visit, it’s $50 and refundable once you decide to hire us. For some simple projects we can give free estimate, you may send us information (pictures, videos, detailed descriptions of the items need to be done) through text or email, a follow up call might be needed to get more information, no visit is needed.

John was great! He’s very friendly and professional. We had several different things for him to repair- and he was very knowledgeable and able to do the fixes for us! Including restringing 4 new slates on a blind, replace a piece of our flooring, and hang a towel bar! I highly recommend him for any work you need done in your house!

John responded immediately to my request. He showed up on time, which was a Saturday evening. John polished cultured marble in my bathroom that had been broken and it looks great. He made a plastic tent over the area to minimize dust and then cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and I would hire again.

John did many jobs around our home; installing lights, drywall repair, refinishing a table, installing kitchen hardware, staining a door, caulking windows, door repair, painting and more! He was very good and communicating and scheduling. All the work was done efficiently and was very well done. His price was very fair, and we felt comfortable with leaving him in our home while he worked independently. We will be having John back soon!

I hired John to both patch up some drywall behind an old speakerbar mount, as well as touchup the patch with paint. He did a great job. He cleaned up the work area after the job was done.
