Alec was really great about working with us to schedule a time to come out. He always showed up a few minutes early and was super nice about answering all our questions. He gave us options when it came to how to fix our master shower and even quoted a few other tile projects we had around the house. When it came time to re-grout our shower he did a fantastic job despite the tile not being laid correctly by the previous owners. He was also great with our dog!
