Bill initially worked quickly, thoroughly, and efficiently. He did a great job assembling my king-size bed, so I asked if he would also complete two additional projects: assembling a vanity for my daughter and putting together a simple metal twin-size bed frame. We have not fully moved into the house yet, and only a few pieces of furniture were there at the time. I had been in and out all morning and needed to leave for work, so I trusted Bill to remain at the house to finish the projects. Before leaving, I asked him to lock up when he was done, and I planned to return later that evening to secure the deadbolt. When I came back after work, I discovered that Bill had taken the payment but had not completed the work. The work he did finish was done poorly. The drawers on the vanity do not slide in properly, and the twin-size bed frame was never assembled at all, even though I paid extra for those additional projects. In addition, he left my bathroom in unacceptable condition, with urine left on the toilet seat and bathroom rug. Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, incomplete work, and the condition in which he left my home.
