Bill did a great job removing old flooring and installing LVP flooring in our 1800 SF condo. Bill also removed and replaced a vanity as well as painted the entire unit. We worked remotely with Bill from our Florida home and he was very responsive and communicated very well throughout the entire process. Bill is a true professional with fair pricing and I would highly recommend him to friends and family as well as utilize him for future projects.

I originally found Bill on Thumbtack because I needed an estimate replacing a garage disposal in one of my rental properties. Bill is excellent at installing flooring and paint. It's since grown into him helping me with multiple complete remodels; both vacant and tenant occupied. I bought this property in the midst of covid from folks who wore the place out and decided to move after a pipe broke leaving behind sloppy drywall patch work. He came in painted everything (including kitchen cabinets). Replaced all the carpet and ugly cheap tile on the second story with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout (including the stairs). He replaced the toilets, vanities, hardware, blinds, light fixtures, refinished and stained the back deck, pressure washed the exterior and installed new shutters for curb appeal. Due to Covid, I did all this from OUT OF STATE entrusting Bill make sound decisions and steer me in the right direction. My new tenants are happy and just extended their lease. My tenants have commented on how courteous and trustworthy he is and I highly recommend his services. This is an unsolicited review eight months after he completed this project.

Bill is a hard working craftsman. He did 900 sq ft LVP flooring for us all by himself. Due to his other commitments it did considerably longer than original expectations, however, he didn’t compromised on quality. Overall, great value considering his expertise and experience. Highly recommended.

I like William’s work he does a decent job. He’s fast and he’s on time. His prices are very reasonable and affordable you don’t have to sell the farm for vinyl plank flooring he did 634 ft.² in about a week.

I have had bad luck with contractors in the past Bill is awesome! He’s honest and fair. He saved me a lot of money by salvaging the part of the flooring that wasn’t ruined. It was my first time using thumbtack and I was nervous but Bill made the process easy. He’s coming back to help with more projects.
