This is a review of Daniel McGowan, but also the company Groundworks.The house I have is in Carmel IN. I just bought it and felt it was in need of the services Groundworks provides.Daniel inspected concrete repairs, eg lifting vs replacement, and performed a foundation survey looking for settling. He also did an extremely thorough crawlspace inspection looking for excessive moisture, structure, fatigue, contamination, and how to best perform mitigation.I dont normally do reviews but will do this one just because it was such a great experience. Please look him up. I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you Daniel!
