FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as fair as possible with our pricing. We don't have special offers or do pricing gimmicks. Our philosophy is that if we could do the job for less, we should always offer it at that price. Each project is unique, therefore each project requires an on-site inspection to give an accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be asked for their basic information and then we will set a time to come out and assess the issue. Once we have done our inspection, we will take the information back to the office and come up with the best method for remediating the problem. The estimate will be emailed to the customer and we will follow-up in the next day or so to see if the customer has any questions or concerns and to inquire if they would like to be put on our schedule to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold two Master Restorers Certifications from IICRC (the main governing body for the restoration industry and the body that sets the standards for our industry).
