Introduction: I am a larger person who teaches beginner yoga to those who need modifications due to sizes or physical limitations. I also do laughter yoga sessions for businesses and private settings. Laughter yoga is a blast! It is much loved by my participants.
Both yoga classes are specialized, meeting the needs of the individual group.
