- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Holiday rates apply during peak dates. Half payment is due in advance for extended bookings. Additional cost per dog. No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free meet-and-greet to build trust, go over routines, and make sure I’m a great fit for your pup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in pet first aid & CPR through the Red Cross. Experience with IVDD, Addison’s, and anxious/senior pups.
