When I moved to Indianapolis, I found time and time again that people were getting charged an arm and a leg for something they had no control over. In the small eastern Indiana rural community I am from, you treat people fair and honest, and you don't take a dollar unless you've earned it. I have worked in information technology for 8 years now, from level 1 help desk support to level 3 administration of more than 3,500 machines across the US and across the globe at over 500 locations. I currently work as a technology administrator full time. My hope is to be able to offer clients professional, reliable, and honest service at a very affordable price. There isn't much I can't do when it comes to PC repair, whether that be laptop or desktop, hardware or software, printer, networking, etc. As always, any and all diagnosis are free of charge, and I do not charge a dime until your issue has been resolved and you are 100% satisfied with the service you have received.
