- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our services fairly and competitively, and such that we are able to provide the high quality that our value-conscious customers are seeking. We don't aim to be the lowest cost provider, because "you get what you pay for" is very true in the service business. At the same time, we fully understand the need to stay within your budget. If you want to work with true professionals and are seeking a very high quality service with results you will be happy with for years to come, we would love to talk to you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ultimately, we ask a lot of questions about your project, so that we fully understand your desired results, and are able to make appropriate recommendations. An on-site visit is preferred, with full respect for the current covid situation (e.g. we wear masks, keep at least 6 feet apart, use sanitizer, etc). We use the visit to walk around your property to take measurements and discuss the scope of your project, including options and recommendations. We will also provide a written quote before we leave. If you decide to paint with us, we will pick colors, collect a 25% deposit, and set a tentative start date. Once we start the project, we don't leave for other projects until we are finished. Upon completion, we do a final walk-through together to make sure you are happy, and prior to receiving final payment. We truly want to provide you with a very pleasant working experience, with beautiful results that will make you happy every time you look at them!
