- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a convenience, we offer a selection of standard packages that feature separate ceremony and reception offerings. These offerings can be combined or stand alone. Both our ceremony and reception packages feature three options offering a range of floral options for small and large weddings alike. We offer three flower tiers for each package, allowing you to choose the flower options that best meet your budget. Package information is always sent with initial bids or is available on our website. We always recommend you complete a complimentary consultation where we can discuss your specific needs and customize a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we'll start prospective clients with a complimentary consultation. While many brides have an idea of what they'd want, some do not. During this consultation, we learn more about you and what you like. We take that back and generate a design and quote that best meets your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Noelle, our Owner and Lead Designer, has more than 10 years of floral design experience. Having grown up and worked in a family-owned florist shop, Noelle knows how to convert your concept into reality ... making your special day pop.
