Alex and his team did an amazing job completing remodeling our bathroom. I had a vision of what I wanted and his team went above and beyond with it. I would highly recommend them. Before and after pictures💖
Details: Install bathroom tiles or flooring • Update style • Master bath • Home

Needed tile work done in two bathrooms before house inspection. Alex and his crew came through the next day. Quality of work was excellent and very clean. Also the clean up was very good. Reason I say this is because I recently had work done by another contractor and I'm very disappointed, well with almost everything that was done. Should of used A&G. Thank you Alex for the prompt and professional service. Most definitely will use again. 10/10 would recommend:)

We contracted with Alex to do a complete remodel of our condo. Alex and his team provided competitive pricing and more importantly provided high quality work.
From a scope of work perspective, Alex demoed the entire condo ( we did the work in phases so that we could live in the unit while the work was being done). He replaced the flooring, repainted the walls, reconstructed both bathrooms and remodeled the kitchen and pantry. Each day after the work was finished, Alex cleaned up the project to make the condo livable. He was always available 7 days a week to fix any problem - which we did not need.
From a product delivery perspective, we ordered most of the material from big box stores. Alex picked up the materials and delivered them to the condo - something we could not do.
If we ever need a remodel project, I would not hesitate to work with Alex again

It’s unfortunate that I couldn’t work with Alex. On the phone he sounded like a nice guy. However, he was three days late on delivering a rough draft estimate to me. Once I got the estimate, the numbers were very high. Led me to make the decision not to work with him.

Marlene, I’m genuinely disappointed to see this review, especially considering that no work was ever performed, no contract was signed, and there was never any charge to you for the considerable amount of time I spent evaluating your property and preparing your preliminary estimates.
I drove approximately one hour each way to your home on a Friday evening and spent approximately 2.5 hours thoroughly inspecting the property. This included inspecting the roof, spending approximately 20 minutes inside an attic that was over 100 degrees, and evaluating numerous interior and exterior areas of the home because you requested preliminary pricing for multiple projects.
Afterward, I spent approximately another 5 hours reviewing everything and preparing a detailed preliminary budget covering the different projects we discussed. All of this consultation, inspection, travel, and estimating work was provided to you completely free of charge. I was also charged over $200 simply for receiving your inquiry through Thumbtack.
I did apologize that the estimates took a few days to complete. I visited your property Friday evening and provided the preliminary estimates the following Wednesday. Considering the number of different projects you asked me to evaluate, I wanted to take the time to provide thoughtful and realistic pricing rather than rush through it.
I completely respect your decision if my pricing was outside of your budget or if you preferred to use another contractor. What I find disappointing is receiving a one-star review when we never entered into a contract and I never performed any construction work for you. The only services I provided were many hours of my time, travel, inspection, consultation, and preparation of estimates at absolutely no cost to you.
I take tremendous pride in my work and in how I treat potential customers, whether they ultimately hire me or not. I believe the context above is important for anyone reading this review to understand.
I hope you’re able to find the right Contractor for your Projects.

A&G Painting and Remodeling painted the main and second floor of my home and refurbished a screened in porch. All trim seams were caulked and painting was done flawlessly. They also wall papered the dining room, a complex job as the windows are inset (no frames). The screened in porch was taken down to frame work with all screening replaced and lattice trim panels added to lower part of screening. It looks fabulous and is such a great place to enjoy the mornings.
Alex (owner) and Juan were very respectful of my home during this process. They cleaned up each day and left my home as livable as possible during these renovations. The cost was much more reasonable than other quotes I had gotten and the results were beyond my expectations. Any future projects will be booked with them.
