Excellent service!!! Fixed my Frigidaire professional refrigerator. Thought I was going to have to replace completely. He took it apart found the problem was in the freezer and fixed. He was extremely thorough and patient. So thankful that I did not just go out and buy a new refrigerator.

Volodymyr came out to so an evaluation of our refrigerator/freezer which was repeatedly shutting off and/or ice building up in the bottom drawer freezer on the coils. This had been going in for over a week. He came, checked temps of all 4 areas, took the back off the unit to check the motor et. al., removed the front foot plate and took everything out of the bottom freezer including the sliding basket & brackets for it. It turned out that the front foot plate air vent was totally clogged and there was pet hair and lint totally tilling the underneath of the unit.
He cleaned all of this out, got the use defrosted off the freezer coils, our everything back and cleaned up after himself. He spent 4 hours in our kitchen working on it and his total charge was $175, which ncluded the original diagnostic fee. So, crazy affordable and thorough.
Hes willing to come back in a month to check the temps et. al. at no additional cost which is amazing.
Volodymyr is Russian who's English is still rudimentary yet he preferred to try to communicate with us in English so he can learn to speak it better. However, when talking technical jatgon we rally had difficulty understanding what he was saying with certainty. So we insisted that we use Google Translate to interpret among us which worked fine and contributed to our satisfaction. We wiuk definitely use him again.
