- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is: $70/session (60-90 minutes) in-home consult. Package of 3 lessons: $180 Package of 5 lessons: $300
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will have a short phone interview when a prospective client contacts me to determine basic information about their dog, such as age, breed, previous training completed and specific behavior issues the owner would like to have addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed an intensive course entitled "Dogs: Behavior & Training Techniques" from Purdue University's Animal Behavior Clinic in 2001. I have continued my education through volunteer work and by the training of therapy dogs for community work in schools, libraries, retirement centers, etc.
