- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price projects case by case. In some instances, I may charge a flat, hourly rate. Others are priced according to factors such as difficulty, expertise required to complete, and amount of time required to complete.-
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone interview (most important) allows the contractort to get a full scope of the project, and to get to know as much as possible regarding the client's personality, preferences, etc 2. Set up meeting within 24 hrs if possible 3. Agree to get the prospective client an itemized bid (materials/labor, start date, time to complete, possible complications, deposit, etc) within 24 hrs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently do contract work for a mid sized property management company, as well as two prominent local construction companies. References are available.
