A few days ago we went downstairs to our basement and found water everywhere. We called Premier Restoration after they were recommended by a friend and they arrived in less than an hour to take care of my damage. The crew was extremely professional and courteous they removed the water and setup all of the equipment to start drying the basement. The whole process was explained and Premier Restoration was very professional they walked us through the process and made this stressful experience a walk in the park I highly recommend Premier Restoration to anyone else experiencing water damage.

I had a sump pump stop working and flooded my basement. I called a few companies and the guys at Premier Restoration seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional. They told me exactly what needed to be done. They arrived quickly and cleaned and removed everything that was damaged. I would definitely call them again if I ever have a similar disaster in the future.

Each project is unique and pricing will vary. We do offer free estimates and will do our best to work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an appointment to meet with you and answer any questions you may have. We will develop a work plan specific to your project. This will be included in the proposal along with an estimated cost. Once the proposal has been accepted, we will contact you to schedule the work.

We have over 25 years of experience in property restoration. We specialize in mold, water and fire restoration. Our technicians carry certifications through the IICRC for these services. We have seen everything and are extremely skilled at finding solutions to almost any situation.
