- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in partnering with the customer to figure out what works with their family budget. We don't mark up materials crazy amounts, we charge fair prices and are a hard-working, honest family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to meet the customer, look at the job, get to know the customer a little bit so there is a comfortable relationship that begins, put together a free estimate and then schedule the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed electrician and went to technical college to earn that license. I have been doing electrical and home repair for almost 20 years. My wife has a BA in business and had managed a bank for 13 years before leaving to run our business full-time when our daughter started kindergarten last year.
