Olshan repaired a crack in our foundation, installed a new sump pump, and installed some French drains to help water flow away from our basement. We had multiple companies come out after our basement leaked this year. Marty with Olshan was the only inspector who offered us cost efficient solutions to solve our problem. All other companies wanted to install specialized systems that were costly and overkill for our minor issue. The team of Supervisor Gabriel, Gerardo, Leonardo, Trojillo, Odilio, and Cordero Raul were professional and did a great job keeping our house clean.

I had a great experience with Olshan from start to finish they had the best Customer service Rep Ive ever spoke with Shelby! she accommodated and spoke with Matt Neal about me getting a later appointment due to work and they both got it done answering all my questions! Also the crew was amazing digging 4 probably over 10ft wholes and added on one more Carlos , Isaac, Jose and Deshawn did an amazing job !! 10/10 recommend

I had a great experience with olshan. Our house was sloping and having cracks on top of the doorways and doors were not closing. I called olshan and got an estimate and we decided to move forward with the cable lock system to correct our house again. We were told 3 days for services, the crew oh 6 got it done in 2 days. It was crazy watching the house raise and the doors close again like they should have. Overall, great price and great experience with olshan.

We needed smart jacks installed in our crawl space to help with sagging in the center of our house in Clearwater outside of Wichita. Marty came out to do the estimate and quoted us MUCH lower than two other foundationrepair companies. Financing was very simple, and Gabriel, Gerardo, Odilio, Leonardo, Trujillo, and Cordero Raul did a fantastic job on the work. Our house feels much more stable and doors open easier. We had a great experience with Olshan.

Then, we'll visit your home, carefully inspect the structural problems, and recommend a custom repair plan that is yours to keep - 100% free-of-charge.
If you decide to chose Olshan, we will return to your home to complete the repairs efficiently and effectively.
After the job is complete we will remain available to provide ongoing customer support and warranty maintenance as needed.
