I cannot say enough good things about our experience with IQEM Services! I received 5 bids to finish an unfinished room in our basement in order to list our home for sale. I chose IQEM, and let me tell you why. JD was a professional from start to finish. He certainly knows what he is doing, and his craftsmanship was top notch. It was a pleasure working with him; he offered a very fair and competitive bid, he was polite, respectful, did what he said he was going to do every time, kept in contact throughout the project, was respectful of our home and time, and finished in a timely manner. The room turned out beautifully and it will definitely add value to our home and will be a nice room for the new homeowners. In this day and age when there are so many choices of selecting a contractor for your home projects, it is nice to know that there are people out there whom you can trust like JD with IQEM Services. Great job and well done JD!

Can’t say enough how GORGEOUS my house is thanks to IQEM!!!!! All new trim work, wainscoting, transformed my built in buffet, new stair rail, bench seat that opens & more! I’ve gotten so many compliments on the house, it’s everything I dreamed of! The house was a disaster from a previous contractor starting & not finishing anything. He came in & did an amazing job finishing the very large job and for a reasonable price! IQEM was great to work with, friendly & trustworthy! His talent & attention to detail is unmatched. If you need a project done big or small, give him a call! Highly recommend!
