Evan is the best! I had an emergency door situation (door was broken into) and Evan really helped me out. Despite his busy schedule, he squeezed in my project since he understood the urgency of securing the entrance, and he also gave me tips on how to decrease the budget required for the project. Between seeing the door and amending the new one and installing the deadbolt, everything was done in under 24 hours. The team is super respectful and professional, I will definitely be contacting awardable maintenance for any of my future projects and will be recommending me them to friends and family. One more very important note, as a single woman, I felt completely comfortable with Evan and his crew.

I asked three handy men to bid on several jobs that I needed finished in order to put our house on the market. The jobs were: painting several rooms, ceilings, and front door, re-staining woodwork to match existing wood work, patching holes in walls, and installing transition strips. Initially, I was impressed with aWardable Maintenance because it was clear that Evan was very knowledgeable, was very quick to get back with a bid, and gave me the most reasonable bid. To date, Evan has not only completed the above jobs, but he has also completely refurbished our deck, laid a stone patio and re-grated an area below our deck for better drainage, lifted and leveled a landing in our yard, was able to take care of a plumbing crisis without having to cut a hole in our bathroom wall, relocated some sprinkler heads and serviced our sprinkler system, and he and his crew installed sub flooring and beautiful new hardwood floors throughout the main level of our house. He even added his artistic touch to our floors with a beautiful design in our entryway. As with any renovation, issues arise, and Evan has taken each one on without hesitation and the results are impressive to say the least. We have also hired Evan to clean and re-stain our play gym, trim and shape a tree and take out a tree, landscape two good size flower beds, and clean our gutters. As far as I can tell, there is nothing this guy cant do and he does it all meticulously, and in a very timely manner. I cannot say enough about the quality of workmanship provided by aWardable Maintenance. You will not be disappointed! Evan is exceptionally nice and easy to work with. I hired him to install a can light and did add on for him to repair the ceiling where the old light was, to replace the weather stripping on two doors and help with a door that wasn't shutting properly. For some reason the job took much longer than anticipated. There is an issue with the mudding texture repair quality on the ceiling from the old light location. He did try to make it right and it just wasn't working. He then was going to have someone else come by and repair it correctly. That's where the communication fell off.
