- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and No because every job is always different so it can be difficult to set the same price every time but usually were very close in estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Standard Meeting with the homeowner and look at there project and then explaine the process and tell them honestly with my experience of how I can help them with there project. I also always provide references to form proof that I am the person to coordinate while building there dream home/addition/remodel project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of on the job training and learning new building techniques and codes. I have yet to find a school who teaches customer service/sales and integrity.
