- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate between $75-$125 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. My rates depend upon the amount of guests to be painted, your location, hours booked, and amount of artists needed. I can accommodate smaller parties up to large corporate events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send over a copy of my contract that explains how things work. I also have a phone or email conversation asking about the event and letting you know what to expect from my business. This allows me to coordinate pricing, hours needed, and painters needed to accommodate your guests. I am always happy to answer any additional questions along the way. To hold your date I need a signed contract and small deposit within 24 hours of a quote Once booked I will follow up with you about 24 hours before your event with any last minute questions you may have. I will arrive 15-20 mins early to the event to set up. I bring my own chair, paints, supplies and signage. I have fun painting during the time you have me booked. Then at the end it takes about 15-20 minutes to clean up. After the event you will receive a email from me for a review about 48 hours after.
