We received an on-site quote from Charlie, and it was a pleasant experience from the get-go! He responded within hours to my initial query, he scheduled us within a couple days, and he arrived promptly to our appointment. We appreciated his straightforwardness with assessing the old garage door, and he sent a quote and new door options within a day. The quote was very reasonable. He would have been able to do the install the week after, and we scheduled it, but something came up on our end. When I called Charlie to cancel and apologize, he was very understanding and kind. We will ask to reschedule with him for the door when the time comes. We highly recommend Charlie!

Charlie was responsive from the very beginning. He came even earlier than originally promised and took care of the problem right away. He kindly checked the other garage door as well, and lubricated and tightened all hinges and rollers on both doors, as needed. He is soft spoken, courteous, and knows what he’s doing. I strongly recommend him.

I was running into an issue with my garage door during a weekend. Since Charlie wasn’t available during weekends, he gave me some helpful tips to try first and if that didn’t work he was willing to come to my house on Monday. Sure enough he was right and I was able to fix the problem myself. He truly is an expert on garage door problems and I can’t thank him enough.
