Kelley responded to our hot water heater problem quickly, and he was very professional. He presented us with the option of either (1) replacing a part on our nearly 15-year old unit that would have to be special ordered because it is no longer available in supply stores or (2) installing a new unit. He didn’t pressure us either way. Since our unit was already performing on borrowed time, we opted to have him install a new unit so we would not have to think about our water heater again in the near future. The install was timely, and he cleaned up well when he was done. We are very satisfied with his work and will be hiring him again for any future plumbing needs.

Sean was prompt, and came out within 15 minutes of me placing the bid. Didn't charge me for work that turned out to not be the problem, and got my hot water heater installed within a couple hours.

They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and completed the projects on the day and at the time they had arranged. They installed an under-the-counter dishwasher (where there had not been one previously) and an outside faucet. We were extremely pleased and would call them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is included with labor and material all included. Alot of my prices are set in place to where it is gonna benefit the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give free estimates so the customer gets the chance to meet with me and then , they get a detailed description of what they are paying for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the plumbing trade since 2003. I carry my contractors license and a 2 million dollar insurance policy.
