As a short and long term rental property owner you learn how to do a lot around the house when it comes to installing, repairing, upgrading, decorating, etc., but when you go out of town you can't be there to do that. Recently we had an HVAC situation come up at our Airbnb while we had guests staying there and we were out of town.
