- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is important to know pricing for a typical two story home in Kansas City can vary greatly. I could come up with a quote as low as $2,000-$2,500, or as high as $6,000-$8,000 depending on the materials being used, the level of prep work required, and complexity of the job. This is why we do a detailed written estimate, to confirm you are getting exactly what you want, and we can provide multiple options you can compare side by side.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for meeting with a customer is setting up a time for a quick call. On this call I will ask my customer about the project they are looking to get done. At the end of the call I try to setup a time to meet my clients in person to give them a free estimate.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are experts in residential painting. Exteriors: Most of the homes we paint are 7-20 years old, getting their 2nd or 3rd paint job ever. Common problems on the house is peeling paint on trim boards, door trim, window trim, garage trim, fading paint on the south or sunny sides of the house, and cracking joints. These are all common problems in Kansas City and can be fixed very easily. If they are not fixed, however, they can lead to expensive carpentry problems. Interiors: We deal with a lot of nicked up base trim, scuffed walls, walls with cracks due to settlement, nails popping through the drywall. These are all issues we can resolve along with painting and providing a great looking new finish to your interiors!
