Andrea was professional with her response of concern regarding the design of my request with verbal conversation. She provided details of balloon types to coordinate with other moms who were also participants in the team banquet design. She was timely and made sure setup was as wanted! The bowling pin was the highlight of the banquet!

While Andrea was very easy to work with and two out of the three decorations looked fantastic, we did run into a few issues during the process. Inclement weather moved in, and we asked if she could set up the decorations the day before our event. She said no and suggested we “play it out” the day of. She does have a no-refund policy, even for weather-related issues, so that’s something to be aware of. Later, she reached back out and said she could come the night before to install the decorations. At that time, we were told the balloons typically last around 30 days in case we needed to postpone due to weather. The downstairs decorations and island installation held up beautifully. However, the balloons over the arch by our entryway began drooping later that night and were completely on the ground by the next morning. Additionally, the arch installation was not the correct length. Andrea stated that we had provided the wrong measurements for both the island and the arch; however, after reviewing our messages, we did send the correct measurements, and it appears they were mixed up. When we contacted Andrea about the fallen arch, she was snowed in and couldn’t come fix it (which is completely understandable). We requested a refund, but she stated the piece was still usable—despite not leaving any supplies or instructions on how to reapply it. She did refund the installation fee, but we were still out $85 for balloons that do not cost that much. We also noticed pet hair on the balloons and had to do additional cleaning ourselves before the event. She later sent a YouTube video showing how she installs her balloons, including versions where reinforcement is used. Reinforcement was not used in our installation. While we were still able to proceed with the event, the “usable” piece had to sit awkwardly against a wall. Overall, while her work is pretty, it felt overpriced and didn’t last as expected. I appreciate the refund of the installation fee, but it was concerning how the messaging went from “these should last 30 days” to “temperature changes and shifting can cause them to fall.”

I loved working with Lifted Events! From communication, to package and customization options and the overall effect of the stunning balloon installation. I was blown away!! Andrea was very patient with me and communicated above and beyond what most businesses would do. BUT what made me choose to work with her was her ability to listen. She truly takes the time to make sure your vision comes to life. She had 3 other installations on my party day and I truly felt like I was the only one. A+ from me and a 100% requirement for a "wow" party impact.
