Erin and her crew are lifesavers. Last year I needed help with the upkeep of my home and they have been with me since. They get all the small nooks and crannies and just do an excellent job. I recommend them to anyone needing their services. I love coming home to a clean, fresh smelling home. The only con is I think my dogs like the girls more than they like me, and I’m the one that feeds them!

Erin is just one of those people that is a rare find. She has a very bright, cheerful disposition. She’s intuitive and hard-working. But she has a natural hardwiring for organization. She is excellent at what she does. She has a hard work ethic, but she also Has an instinct that you can’t teach. So the combination make sure high-caliber. I recommend her five out of five stars. Wow. Wow, wow, wow. This was the most extraordinary experience I have ever had of having someone clean my house. She not only was so bubbly and sweet on the phone but she knew the business, what questions to ask, made suggestions to save me money, and was brilliant... before she ever got here. She is like one of those OCD whole is also in love with cleaning. After she was done, my house was the cleanest it has ever been! Also, everything she cleaned with seems SO NICE! It felt like my house went to the spa. Anyways, I 100% recommend her to anyone. She is amazing!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing encompasses cleaning the ENTIRE home. Getting behind moveable furniture, cleaning all interior windows, fronts and backs of all doors inside & out, wet wiping down the baseboards and cabinet faces, spot cleaning the walls; your home will feel like it did when you first moved in.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically give a quote remotely based on house size and dirtiness level. If it takes us less time to clean than we quoted for, we deduct it from the invoice. We always start with a deep clean to set a good baseline for future standard cleanings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire staff has gone through 10 hours of Certified Professional Cleaner training from the Maid Training Academy, and we are equipped to handle the most unique and uncommon situations in homes and businesses with speed and professionalism.
