- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't think i have a complicated pricing. My prices run anywhere between $65 to $165, depending on the house. I like to sit down with the customer and discuss pricing with the them and we work out a price that fits their budget and is fair to both them and myself. I'm very flexible with my pricing, I ask what they are looking to pay and then we can figure out a price to fit their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting and talking with the customer and then walking through out the house, having them show me or tell me what they want cleaned and then we usually discuss how often they want the cleaning done, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, then discuss the price, and then we schedule a day to come clean!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, I come from a large family and my Mother was a very clean person, she would clean 7 days a week. Cleaning was part of our chores growing up and it just happened to rub off on me and it is something that I have always enjoyed and I love a nice clean house and what a better way to share what I like to do with those who don't have the time or just would like some help doing it!
