Introduction: We are a small family business and we take pride in are cleaning and we do an excellent job in taking care of our customers! We clean each home as if it was our own! I have never really advertised to get customers, (I had a friend tell me about thumbtack and decided to try it), all of mine have been referrals from customers that I have been cleaning for for years. I have been in this business for almost 20 years now, and I truely enjoy what I do. I really like the smile on my customers face when they see a good job that we have done and they are happy and can't wait to see us again! And nothing thrills me more when a customer calls back and gives us a great compliment. It makes you feel good and knowing that we have done a great job! What I like most about my job is the satisfaction I see on a customers face or when they call and let me know what a wonderful job we have done and they are very happy with our service and want us back on a regular basis. I also like that it's not a 9 to 5 job, we can make our own hours and are able to work with customers around their schedules.

I was very pleased with the services that time out cleaning provide for me. I have used a few different companies in the past that would always forget things or i wasn't satisfied in the way they cleaned. Every time i get home from work on the days they cleaned, all I can do is smile! Thank you Time Out Cleaning for making my life easier!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't think i have a complicated pricing. My prices run anywhere between $65 to $165, depending on the house. I like to sit down with the customer and discuss pricing with the them and we work out a price that fits their budget and is fair to both them and myself. I'm very flexible with my pricing, I ask what they are looking to pay and then we can figure out a price to fit their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting and talking with the customer and then walking through out the house, having them show me or tell me what they want cleaned and then we usually discuss how often they want the cleaning done, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, then discuss the price, and then we schedule a day to come clean!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, I come from a large family and my Mother was a very clean person, she would clean 7 days a week. Cleaning was part of our chores growing up and it just happened to rub off on me and it is something that I have always enjoyed and I love a nice clean house and what a better way to share what I like to do with those who don't have the time or just would like some help doing it!
