- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our websites are now all responsive and come with at least a basic CMS database included. We allow out customers to have the ability to make simple changes to their website giving our customers greater flexibility. Normally most of our introductory sites have at least seven to ten pages and have at least ten pictures or more. Our introductory web sites start at approximately $1000.00 and go up from there. Our average starter web site is usually priced at around $2000.00. Our SEO and SEM pricing depend greatly on the requirements of the customer. Our pricing usually includes multiple social media support for Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and blogging. Our pricing starts at approximately $300.00 per month but this may very depending on the circumstances. Our normal SEO quote is in the range of $400.00 to $600.00 per month. The more the customer requires, the higher our monthly pricing. All our SEO pricing is by the month with no yearly contract required. We request that the customer stay with us for at least 90 to 120 days to start. .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally touch base either in person or by phone. We take a survey of the customer wants and needs. We talk to the potential customer on our strengths and how we can help them. In the social media are once again we talk about what drives the customer and what their goals are. We offer a plan based on the ability for what the customer can afford. Our services are month to month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
