FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
if you have a project and a certain budget and send me that budget I will work with you to the best of my ability I can't do it for free of course I have a family to feed but I will get you taken care of. I will give a 10% discount on your next project or any insurance jobs to help with any deductible or fees they may have you pay. any project that is going to take longer than a week I would need to get 30% down payment. I have taken advantage of in the past and I will have to pay anyone working for me because I know that having gas money and food is important to making it to work and being a good employee. if you have an emergency I will have to change a fee. because I have to pull off another job it will take a longer for that job to get done. possibly causing me not to meet my deadline date. but emergencies are emergencies most people understand that
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
show up give them an estimate, material list, or if they want me to purchase the material I would need 30% -50%down payment , to cover cost of materials and time needed to aquire this material. when project is completed and walk through with customer verify the quality and completion of project then I will need the rest of what is owed. if the price of material exceeds the 30% to 50% down payment. will need compensation for that amount
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always been trained by older generations I really treasure working with them because of their great knowledge of the certain field of work. they know all the do's and don'ts and the correct way of doing things. not always doing it their way but doing it the the correct way . keeping the customer happy at almost any extent.
