What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a good service at a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone calls we set up an appointment and usually myself or my son will come out and discuss the issue that the customers having before looking at the equipment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from technical school in KCMO in HVAC at the top of my class. I was a mechanic of the Navy, I attended basic boiler tech school. I have a master mechanical license and have been doing this for almost 30 years. I have also been a pastor recently retired from the ministry.
