Get a feel for what they want. Listen and get it right the first time. Meet their expectations. Let them know any issues that could arise to change the quote. Give them alternatives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The type of work I do is not so much training it's not being afraid to work hard and get you hands dirty.
