- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on the size of the job. That may include the type of tile, an addition of a nook, demolition, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the customer face to face is the best way to communicate when a project is being discussed. When both parties come together and understand what each person is bringing to the table, you would be amazed on what can be accomplished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This comes with working with people in different fields when those opportunities present themselves. I have had the pleasure of working side by side with a lot of wonderful people in all kinds of trade.
