Talk about the perfect catering service.....Terrace Catering is the one. Pamela catered our wedding long distance over the phone and every detail was followed perfectly the night of our wedding.. The hors d'oeuvre were the beginning of a dinner to die for. We started with Pamela's home made hummus the best I have ever eaten. Many of our guests felt the same way. The orange mandarin chicken roll ups were delicious. Our dinner coarse was fantastic, prepared to perfection followed by desserts that were to die for. I highly recommend the stuffed strawberries and caramel pecan cheese cake pie. Pamela's husband Mark was our bartender. Talk about a stress free event, thanks to them we were able to relax and enjoy our guests while they did the set up, serving and clean up for all our food and drink. They were on time, easy to work with down to earth and provided service above and beyond what you would expect. They pay attention to all details and are so reasonably priced. They made our wedding even more special. Great people that give you 110% to make sure your event is perfect. I highly recommend Terrace Catering They are a class act that will not disappoint you .

Wedding Catering

We hired Terrace Catering to provide the food for our wedding reception and we could not have been more pleased with the results! Everyone was raving about the food and the selection of desserts. Pam's husband also was the bartender for our reception. He did a great job socializing with the guests and keeping everyone's drinks full. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for a wedding or any other event where you want personalized attention.

I would highly recommend Terrace Catering. I will definitely use them in the future. Pamela's estimations were spot on and the food was delicious. Many compliments from guests. Pamela's husband, Mark, was very helpful and willing to do tasks that weren't directly related to catering - helping with spills and other unexpected occurrences that he discreetly managed. I was able to focus on guests and let them take care of the rest! A very successful evening!

Event Catering (Buffet)

Pamela catered a Birthday Party for me and it was wonderful. All the guests were raving about the food and there were very few leftovers. I would recommend TERRACE Catering to anybody. Just a grand lady to deal with and I have NO Complaints.

    We list all our prices and what all is included on our website. we average your selections so you only pay one price per person and everyone gets to try everything. RSVP's for food is no fun. people always change their minds anyway.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am always taking classes. the last one I took was a dim sum class. I love to cook...but I also love to learn. I graduated summa cum laude from Washburn.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was cooking holiday dinner for my large family and everyone kept saying I should open a restaurant. 99% of new restaurants fail in the 1st year, so I opted to cater instead. My husband and I built a 900 square foot kitchen and after building business for 2 years, I quit my computer job and started cooking full time:)
