- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a basic pricing system I use, but there are variables with every project that I must account for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have gathered some initial information I like to set up a time to personally meet with the potential client. At that point, I get more details about their needs and we discuss price, scheduling and, depending on the project, I discuss the process for its completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I formerly worked for MASCO Corporation which is the parent company of Behr paint and Kilz primer. I have a strong understanding of coatings industry.
