FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to keep things cheap, per session I charge $40, each session should be about an hour and 15 min, this includes an hour of training with the remainder of the time being for warm-ups and cool-downs. If clients want more or less time prices can be negotiated. Also, the completed plan including several weeks of programming, diet, and supplements costs $15 per month planned (3 weeks/$5 per week).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personal Trainers are required to renew certification every two years. I am currently working towards becoming certified for nutrition and diet as well as exploring other nationally accredited personal training courses. I want my customers to get the best care any one could possibly provide them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fitness became an important part of my life when I realized my body, my heart, and my overall health needed an upgrade. I began cycling, running, boxing and weight training to cut fat, build endurance, and increase strength. After a few years I found myself competing in national weightlifting competitions and doing things I never thought I could do. Reaching peak fitness is freeing yourself from the bounds of an average or unhealthy body and allowing yourself to truly experience life. I decided that everyone deserves that kind of freedom and I want to help as many as people as I can achieve their goals and gain fitness independence.
