Introduction: Most personal trainers serve to walk customers through individual daily workouts. My goal is not to assign daily workouts but to create an individualized multi-step program for you, the customer, to use to look ahead and keep track of what you will accomplish. I love the feeling i get when I see a customer finish their program and reach their goals. There is such a sense of accomplishment, success, and satisfaction they receive when they exceed their greatest fitness and health expectations.
