I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist focused on helping people regain a healthy relationship with food while meeting their health and nutrition goals. I empower people to get the nutrition they've been lacking right away while working on long-term changes. I believe everyone has the right to quality nutrition. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One 45-minute initial consultation + additional follow up for specified time period. I will access the best program for the client during the initial consultation based on goals, past experience, motivation level, etc. Nutrition coaching can be done in person or via telenutrition video chat

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up as an athlete, I realized how much my food choice impacted my performance. I wanted to learn more so that I could help others have maximum performance, in sports and in everyday life.
